A Special Interest Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management

Sharon Denson, M.Ed., J.D., Executive Director of the Connecticut Business Leadership Network and Joe Wendover, Field Inclusion Manager at Walgreens and Board Chair of CTBLN speak about accommodations for job applicants and employees with disabilities under the ADA.

While Ms. Denson speaks about the legal aspects of the accommodations process, Mr. Wendover covers the practical side of accommodating individuals with disabilities. They take the mystery out of ADA accommodations through an understandable description of the law of ADA accommodations in the workplace combined with examples and stories of real accommodation experiences at Walgreens; a leader in disability inclusion.
