Eric Pomroy is a Business Development Executive at OneDigital in Farmington, Connecticut and has been part of the team for nearly 8 years.

Eric is passionate about meeting employers and finding better ways for them to manage their benefit programs. He’s responsible for establishing and fostering new relationships and challenging employer groups away from the status quo. Eric is an active attendee and sponsor of several SHRM chapters and industry associations across the state of CT. Outside of work, you can find him fishing with family and friends (or whoever will go with him). He’s also an avid gardener. Eric lives in Newington, CT with his wife, Allison, and son, Mason. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Muhlenberg College where he double-majored in Economics and Finance and graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Masters of Business Administration.
